Well (as predicted, strangely) we had a lovely lot of snow all the way through last night and this morning, giving me a rather unusual spate of motivation at 9.30am to go for a walk and get trigger-happy with my camera.

Which, despite my frozen toes, has produced some pretty good results. Just goes to show that even in the city you can find something pretty. I shall be popping some of the better ones up a bit later (after yogalates... go me ) so you can all join in in my appreciation of our rather unprdictable UK weather patterns.

And for once, I'm not going to lecture/moan about global warming (however, last summer was one of the fifth warmest since the 1800s and this winter was one of the tenth coldest... strange that, isn't it?)

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go defrost my extremities...
